Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

We usually process orders 1 to 2 days after you have made your purchase.

We start the production of your products within 2 to 4 days after orders have been processed.

Then you need to count the shipping time:

• For France, shipping is 2-3 working days.
• In the European Union, the announced delay is from 3 to 10 working days.
• In the rest of the world, the delay is 5 to 14 working days.

Orders are shipped all over the world, from France.

Shipments are always tracked and we automatically send you an email with your tracking number.

Note that it is possible that unplanned delays occur (due to a pandemic for example). 

Customs fees :

Packages shipped outside the European Union are, depending on the destination country, may be subject to customs fees.

These fees are calculated differently in each country, depending on the value and type of product.

It is the end customer, i.e. you, who is responsible for paying these import fees/taxes.
